1-1/2 lbs boneless beef round steak

1 clove garlic clove, minced

1/4 cup sauce

1 tablespoons of hoisin sauce

1 tomato, chopped

2 red or eco-friendly peppers, reduce strips

3 tablespoons of corn starch

3 tablespoons of water

1 cup fresh bean sprouts

4 scallions, finely chopped

First, trim fat from steak and slice into thin strips. Mix together steak, garlic clove, salt, pepper, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sugar inside your crock pot. Cover and prepare on low 8 hrs. half an hour before cooking is performed, set your crock pot on high. Add tomato and peppers. Dissolve corn starch in water in normal size bowl stir into steak mixture. Cover and prepare for half an hour or until thickened. Stir in bean sprouts. Sprinkle with onions. Serve with grain.

Chicken Chow Mein

1 tablespoons of oil

1-1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, reduce 1-inch pieces

4 carrots, thinly sliced

4 eco-friendly onions, sliced

3 stalks celery, sliced

1 cup low sodium chicken broth

1 tablespoons of granulated sugar

1/3 cup light soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger root

1 clove garlic clove, crushed

8 oz bean sprouts

8 oz water chestnuts, sliced

1/4 cup corn starch

1/2 cup water

Brown the chicken in skillet. Put chicken pieces in crock pot after which add all ingredients except corn starch and water. Stir and canopy prepare on low for 7 hrs. Set crock pot to high and mix corn starch and cold water in a tiny bowl stir until dissolved. Stir in to the crock pot fluids. Keeping cover slightly ajar to permit steam to flee, prepare until thickened, about fifteen to thirty minutes. Serve over grain or with chow mein noodles.

Szechuan Pork

1-1/2 lbs boneless pork chops

1 – 8 oz can bamboo shoots, drained

1 – 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained

6 eco-friendly onions, chopped

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup Szechuan hot bean sauce

1/4 cup soy sauce

2-1/2 tablespoons of minced fresh ginger root

2 tablespoons of grain wine or dry sherry

4 teaspoon sesame oil

4 teaspoon sugar

8 cloves garlic clove, minced

Trim chops of extra fat and brown on sides inside a skillet around the stovetop. Place chops towards the bottom from the crock pot and canopy with bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, and eco-friendly onions. Combine remaining ingredients together inside a bowl and pour over vegetables. Prepare on low for 8 hrs or until chops are tender and cooked through. Serve hot with cooked grain.
